The petitioner seeks bail in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25)1-B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38461 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64347 of 2019(2) dt.07-11-2019 2/2 since 04.12.2018. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018.
