Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 416(C) of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. As per the order dated 01.08.2018, this Court had referred this matter to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for mediation. Mediation Report is kept at Flag- "A". Perusal of the report shows that the dispute between parties have been resolved in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42093 of 2017(11) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 submits that he will abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at in the mediation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case specially the settlement arrived at between the parties in the mediation, it is directed that let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 416 (C) of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
