Revision No.162 of 2016 whereby he has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner against the order dated 25.02.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22427 of 2018 dt.31-08-2018 2/2 Nalanda at Biharsharfi in Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 in which he has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and summoned him to face trial. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
