2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No. 154 of 2003 (G.R.Case No. 799 of 2023).

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner with the connivance of others, filed forge and fabricated document to mislead the court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she is a lady of clean antecedent and the matter has been compromised between the parties.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let

No.72142 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No. 154 of 2023, G.R.Case No. 799 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
