Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner has remedy by way of appeal before the State Appellate Authority, the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Appellate Authority.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before

Patna High Court CWJC No.20791 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 the State Appellate Authority as the State Appellate Authority is the competent authority to decide the appeal and also to consider granting any interim relief in the ends of justice. In case the petitioner files an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal and take appropriate decision in the matter. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
