JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 06.08.2025, in the address of the petitioner in his bail petition, the district name has inadvertently typed as "Samastipur" but it should be district- "Sitamarhi".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to this problem, the petitioner could not surrender in the learned trial court within the stipulated period of time as mentioned in the order dated 06.08.2025.

3. In that view of the matter, let the district of the petitioner in the address bar be read as "Sitamarhi" instead of "Samastipur".

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, and the prayer which has been made in this petition for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70577 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 06.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48729 of 2025 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

7. The application stands allowed to the above extent.
