JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/directions commanding the respondents to make payment of salary of her late husband from 09.5.2003 to 03.8.2007 and make payment of 12% per annum interest on aforesaid dues and also grant any other reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18204 of 2022(2) dt.13-02-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
