2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S Case No. 964 of 2024 from the Court of learned CJM, Katihar registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 111(3), of B.N.S and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 27513 of 2025 vide order dated 07.05.2025. It is further submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. He is in custody since 19.12.2024.

4. Earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 27513 of 2025 vide order dated 07.05.2025. This is time also there is no fresh ground to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioners are hereby rejected once again.
