The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 775 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 436, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having set on fire, the house of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and his name has transpired upon confessional statement made by the co-accused person, namely, Sanjit Kumar. No.75369 of 2019(3) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner above named are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail- bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 15th, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 775 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
