Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 8 20(b)(II)(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that it is a case for preparation of commission of offence. The petitioner was apprehended and 250 gm ganja like substance was recovered from his possession which is a lesser amount. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 669 of 2022 to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shamshad & Alok Kr.
