JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No.215 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 337, 353 and 427 of IPC. There is allegation against the petitioners that they have encroached the Government land and when the police party went there, they set the house on fire. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the F.I.R. does not disclose as to whose house was set on fire. The land belongs to the father of the petitioner and as the petitioner has protested the encroachment proceedings, they have been made accused in this case.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P.
