The instant petition has been filed for the modification of the order dated 16.11.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42726 of 2022 in which, as per petitioner's counsel, the name of the Court has been wrongly mentioned as "Sessions Judge, Patna" in place of "Sessions Judge, Vaishali, Hajipur" in the last paragraph of the order dated 16.11.2022 and the said typographical error took place on account of petitioner's mistake in mentioning the Court's name in the last paragraph of his petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made in the present petition to grant permission to make necessary correction in the petition.
