2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shivsagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 376, 313, 4 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had sex for six years with the informant on the promise of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel submits that during investigation, the informant has refused her medical examination.

5. The informant is a 32 year old lady. The petitioner

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Shivsagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2020.
