The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of Explosive Substances Act.
Allegedly, three loaded pistols, one empty cartridge and suspected gun powder are recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Three loaded pistols, one empty cartridge and suspected gun powder are alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. Case No. 21 of 2019.
