The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 70 pouches each containing 200 ml, i.e., total 14 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the bag which was being carried by the petitioner. No.39176 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Rail Jhajha P.S. Case No. 152 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
