The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 30(g) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Allegedly, it is a case of recovery of illicit liquor from a hut.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no concern with the seized liquor as well as hut and no any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner as well as petitioner is in judicial custody since 14.09.2022 and petitioner has clean antecedent.

No.69460 of 2022(2) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020.
