2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, three miscreants on a motorcycle overtook the motorcycle of the informant and at gun point snatched his motorcycle, mobile phone and one bag. The name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation for being involved in the robbery.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot and

During investigation the petitioner has not been put to any Test Identification Parade (TIP). The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused Chandan Ram and the said co-accused have been granted regular bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65815 of 2023. The petitioner is having antecedent of four cases and is in custody since 04.08.2025. The charge-sheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact and circumstances and submission made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that petitioner was not apprehended from the spot and nothing incriminating has been recovered from his conscious possession and also considering the nature of allegation, period of custody, submission of charge-sheet, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023, subject to the condition laid down under Section
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70424 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 3/3 480(3) of the BNSS and other following conditions: (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial court.
(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
