Petitioner is accused in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 309 of 2019 registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a women. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Both the parties are agnates and they have already compromised the case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.06.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
