The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.193 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of Rs.50,000/- from the informant who was Munsi in the construction company.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact the soil from the land of the petitioner was taken by the construction company, which was objected by the petitioner and as such he has been made accused in this case. He has no criminal antecedent and another co-accused has been granted regular bail by the learned court below itself which will

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of the materials and also considering the fact that another co-accused has been granted bail by the learned court below itself.
