2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons cheated informant by fraudulently executing her land in favour of this petitioner and co-accused Deepak Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of three months and dispute involved in this case is of civil nature for which informant has

5. However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner committed fraud with the informant and he has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
