JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 271 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-25(1-b), 26 of the Arms Act and 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that one country-made pistol with five live cartridges and some instruments for preparing illicit liquor, have been recovered from house of the petitioner.

The seizure list is enclosed with the written report, which does not bear the signature of any of the family members of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40547 of 2017 (2) dt.29-08-2017 sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 271 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VIII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Nalanda at Bihar Sharif subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
