2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the Registrar of the University for the reliefs as prayed for in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15867 of 2023 dt.10-11-2023 2/2 present writ petition for the payment of retiral dues under different heads and difference of salary in pursuance of Annexure-3 to the writ petition. The Principal of the institution has already sent detailed due amount of arrears to the Financial Officer of the University.

3. The Registrar of the University is directed to call for service particulars related to the petitioner, which has already been sent by the Principal of the institution, as well as, the representation of the petitioner, who has given the details of the different heads of retiral benefits, which he claims in the present writ petition. The payment of the legal dues is directed to be paid to the petitioner by the Registrar of the University in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the communication of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
