JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) (Darigao) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity on account of admitted land dispute between the parties. During investigation witnesses have not named these petitioners. The allegations levelled is of firing, however the injury report does not support the same as there is no fire arm injury.
