The order of this Court has been complied as it transpires from the show cause on record.
Although according to Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is not in tune with the direction and requires indulgence but the forum for such contest to the compliance would be in an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum but certainly a contempt is not a proper remedy. The petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to the same.
