2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment ) Act 2022 .

3 . As per the prosecution case , 578.880 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the scorpio vehicle of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The vehicle of the petitioner was used in transporting the illicit liquor without his knowledge and consent. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Special Judge Excise - I Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil ( Garahiya) P. S. Case No. 95 of 2024 .
