JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71282 of 2018 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71282 of 2018, whereby petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of order, but the petitioners could not surrender within time due to illness.

In view of reasons assigned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18674 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 petition, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 to surrender in the court below.
