1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners Ms. Jolly Singh and learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 109, 352, 351(3), 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that her son Jivan had given Rs.2,07,000/- to Ranvir in lieu of land he intended to purchase, but when land was not registered, her son went to the house of Ranvir on 02.09.2024 to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant in order to coerce Ranvir into submission. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation, as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the dispute is civil in nature to which a criminal colour has been given. It is also submitted that though there is allegation of firing but then no one was injured and the said allegation has been alleged only to give seriousness to the case. It is further submitted that as far as petitioners are concerned, they are alleged to have ousted the son of the informant when he had come to the house of Ranvir to seek his money back but then allegations are general and omnibus in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on
