1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-17.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as a lecturer in a Government Teachers Training College, Kumar Bagh, West Champaran at Bettiah on 30.12.2022. It is submitted that in pursuance of the appointment,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16715 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/3 the petitioner gave her joining in the aforesaid college on 09.01.2023 in the department of Art and Craft. It is next submitted that petitioner since the date of joining till date is discharging her duties to the satisfaction of all the concerned but then is not being paid her salary. It is further submitted that there are documents on record in the writ application to substantiate that even the authorities have directed the Principal to act in accordance with law with regard to payment of salary of the petitioner but still the salary of the petitioner has not been paid, as such, one can well imagine the plight of petitioner that how she is suffering in absence of any financial support despite discharging her duties regularly.
It is further submitted that petitioner had filed a representation dated 11.03.2024 before the Director (Administration) -cum- Additional Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna with regard to the grievance, as raised in the instant writ application but then it is submitted that the Director (Administration) -cumAdditional Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna is sitting over the representation submitted by the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application can be disposed with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.16715 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 3/3 direction to the (Administration) -cum- Additional Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure-7 to the writ application) within a time frame.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director (Administration) -cum- Additional Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2024 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
5. It is made clear that if the grievance of the petitioner is found legitimate, in that event, the salary of the petitioner must be paid within the time aforesaid.
6. It is further made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
