2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short, is that in the backdrop of land dispute, while a Panchayati was going on between the parties, the accused persons having various armed came and assaulted the informant's uncle who sustained injury and in course of treatment, he died. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of

The specific allegation is alleged against co-accused Shatrughan Bhagat who is alleged to have given brick blow upon the deceased. As per postmortem report, there is only one injury on the body of the deceased. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released each on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Siwan in connection with Ander P.S.
