The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the F.I.R., the informant has alleged that while he was returning home on 19.02.2022 at 8:30 PM and reached near the house of this petitioner, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner surrounded him and on the order of this petitioner, co-accused Rampukar Sahni assaulted the informant with iron rod causing injury on his head and eyebrow. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Ram Pukar Sahni. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to be order-giver. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1401 of 2023(3) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani Chapra P.S.
