ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 07-11-2023 Even though the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has argued at length on the merits of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, as the petitioner has already approached the DRT for seeking the relief sought for in the present writ petition. The petitioner can approach the DRT for taking of MA 167 of 2023 posted on 16.12.2023 for hearing by making urgent mentioning. For which time of two weeks from today is granted to the petitioner to approach the DRT.

2. The present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to approach the DRT for preponing the case within

Patna High Court CWJC No.15076 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 a period of two weeks from today. On such request being made, the DRT is directed to consider request made by the petitioner and pass orders accordingly.

3. For a period of two weeks, the Respondents-Bank is directed not to take out the articles which are lying in the house sealed and possessed by the Respondents-Bank. In case, the petitioner does not approach the DRT, the interim protection granted by this Court shall stand automatically vacated.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
