2. After some argument, Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Review petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that time was granted vide order dated 25.07.2023 passed in CWJC No.3301 of 2023 to the petitioners to avail the remedy within 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order passed in CWJC No.3301 of 2023. He submits that due to pendency of the Civil Review the said period has elapsed.

5. In the interest of justice, this Court hereby dismissed the Civil Review as withdraw with liberty that the time of 90 days for availing remedy under Section 3G(5) of the N.H.A.I. Act, 1956 shall be counted from today. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U
