2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representations dated 12.03.2018 and 11.06.2021 filed by the petitioner seeking promotion from Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) to Associate Professor.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent - University has submitted that Selection Committee has already been constituted for consideration of the cases of promotion from Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) to Associate Professor which is scheduled to meet on 28.09.2024 onward. He has submitted that petitioner's case will also be considered by the Selection
Patna High Court CWJC No.16993 of 2022 dt.18-09-2024 2/2 Committee which has been convened for consideration from 28.09.2024 onward.

As the learned counsel for the University has already informed this Court that petitioner's case will also be considered by the Selection Committee which has been convened on 28.09.2024 onward, this writ petition is, hereby, disposed off with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner as above.
