The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 14-06-2017 in G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 36, 30, 34 & 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused on an accusation as if petitioner was driving a vehicle, from which, huge quantity of Indian make foreign liquor was recovered and it was alleged that petitioner fled away from the place of occurrence. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner namely Krishna Yadav @ Krishanu Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017.
