JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68936 of 2018 only to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68936 of 2018 in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 but they could not surrender within stipulated period.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67763 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 four weeks from the date receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

The order dated 17.12.2018 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
