The petitioner seeks bail in Salaiya P.S. Case No. 20/2013 instituted for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

This is second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail. While refusing the prayer for bail earlier in Cr. Misc. No. 8641/2017, this Court had noticed that the petitioner was in custody since 14.12.2016 and only suspicion was there against the petitioner to have induced the minor girl of the informant to go with him. The investigation of the case was going on at that time. Hence, this Court had refused the prayer for bail on 28.03.2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew prayer for bail after submission of the charge sheet.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40018 of 2017 (2) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 Submission is that charge-sheet has already been submitted and only material against the petitioner is suspicion. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Salaiya P.S.
