The petitioners who are father-in-law and brother-inlaw are in custody since 01.06.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present petitioners have had no role to play and that the husband of the deceased is in jail custody. It is further submitted that the mother-in-law of the deceased has been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 10253 of 2017 vide order 06.03.2017. Considering the aforementioned facts and
