2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of MJC No. 290 of 1995 which was dismissed for default on 20.07.2017 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. Nath.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 to 11 of the petition, the MJC No. 2462 of 2022 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
