JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-10-2023 In this case, the petitioner prays for disposal of the injunction application dated 16.12.2022 filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which is pending in the Court of learned Sub JudgeVI, Nalanda at Biharsharif. 2.
Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, this Court directs the Sub Judge-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif to decide the pending injunction application filed by the petitioner, which is pending since 16.12.2022, within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after hearing the parties. The Sub Judge will proceed ex parte against non-cooperating party.
