2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar(I) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim girl has eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 28.12.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75416 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2022.
