2. Pursuant to the order dated 09.10.2025, the General Manager of the Patna Metro Rail Corporation Limited has appeared.

3. The General Manager of the Patna Metro Rail Corporation has informed this Court that now the Patna Metro

Patna High Court CWJC No.15742 of 2023(6) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 Rail Corporation is being provided security through Bihar Government and they are not engaging any private security personnel.

4. In these circumstances, the personal appearance of the General Manager, Patna Metro Rail Corporation is disposed with.

5. The petitioner had moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of a mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction for directing the respondent authorities to reinstate the Petitioner's services as a security guard in the office of the respondent Patna Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. The Petitioner further prays that, in the alternative, the respondent Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited may be directed to engage the services of the Petitioner as a security guard."

6. In view of the fact that the Patna Metro Rail Corporation is engaging security personnel from the State of Bihar, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
