The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there was no recovery from the petitioner though it is said that he has been chased and caught from the place of occurrence and also because as submitted, the petitioner was apprehended on mere suspicion and the motorcycle which is said to have been found near the place of occurrence did not belong to the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
