2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manuapul P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 76, 303(2), 352 and 351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing simple injury. The occurrence has taken place due to trivial dispute between the children of the family.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran/ concerned Court below in connection with Manuapul P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
