Anticipatory bail of the petitioner is sought on the ground that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner but, in my view, only on the aforesaid ground, it is not proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
