The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 52460 of 2019 vide order dated 27.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018.
