2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35682 of 2023 by this Court.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertent typographical mistake in the cause title the name of father of the petitioner has been typed as Rameshwar Sahni instead of Naresh Sahni and, therefore, the same mistake has occurred in the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Let the aforesaid error be corrected and father's name of the petitioner be read as Naresh Sahni in stead of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77819 of 2023(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 Rameshwar Sahni in order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35682 of 2023.

5. In view of the above modification, further four weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

6. Accordingly, order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35682 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
