2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 74, 303 ( 2 ), 324 ( 4 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of the BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Kamlesh Kumar alleged that on 15.04.2025 at about 07:30 AM, when informant was feeding his cattle , all the accused persons including these petitioners armed with various weapons came there and petitioner No. 1 assaulted on the head of informant with khanti and petitioner No. 2 and Jamendra Yadav assaulted

No.70350 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/3 Binod Yadav by lathi and when aunt of informant namely , Poonam Yadav and other ladies members of the family came there , accused persons misbehaved with her and co-accused Sudhir Yadav snatched gold earring from Poonam devi and damaged railing of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on account of land dispute between both the parties, a maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Injury caused by petitioner No. 1 is simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners, nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IVth Gaya in connection with Satbahda P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482
