The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawada P.S. Case no. 821 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 504, 506 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that both the petitioners had given Rs. Six Lakhs, each, to the husband of the informant on the assurance to return the same and for which petitioners have taken two cheques, as security, while husband of the informant returned the money, but blank cheques signed by the husband of informant did not return to him. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, husband of the informant had taken Rs. Six lakhs on credit from each petitioner and in payment of the same cheques were issued by the husband of the informant, which were presented for credit in the account of the petitioners, but the said cheques were dishonoured then Panchayati was arranged due to that reasons, the informant lodged the present case only to put undue pressure.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 821 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
