A letter has been received vide letter No. 87 dated 19.06.2018 from the Court of learned 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur that Sessions Trial No. 594 of 2016 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 could not be concluded and four months further time be granted for concluding the trial.

It appears that while rejecting the prayer for bail vide order dated 23.11.2017, learned Court below was directed to conclude the trial within six months. As prayed for by the learned trial court, time
