Learned counsel for the petitioner while undertaking to file the deficit welfare stamp in the computer today itself prays for disposal of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.2, the Principal Secretary, Health Department to consider the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-5 which according to him has remained pending for disposal at his level leading to the filing of the present writ petition.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such disposal.
